Certification Requirement: For the safety of our customers and technicians, and to ensure compliance with industry standards and manufacturer requirements, proof of a valid Open Water certification (or equivalent) is required before any service or maintenance can be performed on diving life support equipment.

* These costs do not include parts or service kits. We try to keep a variety of service kits at the shop, but turn around time is subject to parts on hand and seasonal demand. Ordering parts can take additional time and is out of our control due to manufacturing parts availability. We will notify you in the event that extra time is needed to complete your equipment service.
TURNAROUND TIMES
Turnaround times vary based on seasonal demand, the type of service being performed, and parts availability.
Typical Turnaround Times:
- Winter: Approximately 2 weeks for most standard service and repairs
- Summer: Due to increased demand, turnaround times are typically 3 plus weeks
FRONT OF THE LINE SERVICE
Need your gear serviced fast? Our Front of the Line priority service moves your equipment to the top of our service queue for an additional $75.00 fee.
Please note:
- Customers requesting expedited or ASAP service will automatically be charged the Front of the Line fee
- Priority service moves your equipment ahead in our queue, but turnaround times cannot be guaranteed if parts must be ordered or extensive repairs are needed
- We recommend dropping off your equipment at least one month prior to your trip. This gives our technicians ample time for service - and you time to test your gear in the water before you go!
DIVING OR TRAVELING SOON?
To avoid delays, we recommend bringing your equipment in for service at least 30 days before your trip, class, or dives.
This provides time for:
- Scheduled maintenance and repairs
- Ordering any necessary parts
- Testing your equipment in the water
