LIONFISH HUNTING WORKSHOP/LICENSE: Our workshop takes place twice a week on Monday and Wednesday at 4:00 PM at our office in Half Moon Bay, West End. Weather conditions must be tolerable for diving and snorkeling, and a minimum of 3 people must be signed up. 
 
It is mandatory to watch our informational video before attending the workshop, Lionfish Hunting Workshop Video and you must also bring your own BCD and regulators (we can provide tanks and weights) as you will be getting in the water and demonstrating buoyancy. The workshop costs $70.00 a person with a spear and licenses included ($10 discount if you have the current RMP bracelet or token). After passing our workshop, you will be given your license and spear to begin catching lionfish. 

CORAL RESTORATION CERTIFICATION:

These can be arranged. If you are interested in either course please contact Robin. The RMP Coral Restoration Certification Course has two versions: Adventurer and Ambassador.

Learn all about coral restoration and the threats to coral reefs, and learn how to clean and monitor our coral nursery!

• AMBASSADOR

Everything in Adventurer, PLUS learn to outplant coral onto the reef!

DISCOVER SCUBA (TRY SCUBA):

The Discover Scuba Diving program allows those who have never tried it to safely experience the thrill of scuba diving. You will watch a short video and after a brief orientation from the Instructor you will practice a few basic skills in the pool; after which you will go on a dive with a maximum depth of 40 feet on the spectacular coral reef under the close supervision of an instructor.  

 In order to participate in this experience you must complete a medical questionnaire here at the dive shop. Please have a look at the questionnaire before you make a reservation.  If you answer “yes” to any of the questions, it doesn’t mean you can’t do it, it just means we will need you to get approval from your doctor before we move forward with the in-water activities.

 $110 for this 3-4 hour experience. (subject to 15% sales tax).   (Additional DSD dives with instructor $75 + 15% tax per one tank (one dive)
