Position: Part-time and/or full-time
Location: 704 Milford Road in Merrimack, NH 03054
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and follow safe practices in the shop and in the water as trained by the dive shop
- Maintain a clean and welcoming shop environment
- Work as part of a team to ensure safe and efficient dive operations
- Maintain inventory and stock levels, assist with product restocking and organization
- Engage with customers and answer inquiries
- Assist customers with equipment fitting and help them select the right gear for their needs
- Ability to handle dive gear, assist with equipment sales, and provide product recommendations
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and carry scuba equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable standing for long periods and walking around the shop
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to engage in hands-on learning
- Self-motivated individual willing to learn new skills
- Negotiable/flexible hours; however, include most Saturdays from 10-4pm
Compensation: Hourly wage and after completion of probationary period, eligible for certification
